Here Is What To Expect

Request:
Request a day and time for your appointment.

Be My Guest:
I will reach out through email within 24 hours if I have any questions or concerns.

Reminder:
Upon completion, you will receive an invoice for the non- refundable deposit that will be sent by email.As well as a reminder text with details of the appointment.

Between Appointments:
On occasions I will send flash sales on hair care products that will serve you with your hair care needs.

After the appointment has been accepted you will receive an invoice for your Non-refundable deposit of $60. You will then receive the actual appointment reminder with all of the details of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided, so we are happy to cancel your appointment with a 12-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time. In the event you do not cancel 12 hours prior to your appointment, a $60 fee will be assessed to you within 12-24 hours of your canceled appointment.
